- Soleil accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or defective items purchased by phone or online for full refund within 30 days of original purchase.
- Merchandise must be in original packaging.
- You must receive and RA number before shipping your return back.
- Returns will be processed after the warehouse has inspected items and declares the items are in their original condition. Please allow 7 business days from when it is delivered to us for your return/exchange to be processed.
- Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
- Sale items that have been discounted 40% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping and Handling fees on the original order are non-refundable.
|4 STEPS TO EASY RETURNS/EXCHANGES|
1) All returns must be accompanied with an RA number. To process your return and receive an RA number, e-mail CustomerService@SoleilBeach.com or call 1844-384-5588.
2) Complete the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM (RA # must be indicated).
3) Pack the items you are returning, along with the Return/Exchange form.
4) Ship your package using a traceable and insurable method to: Soleil Returns, 98 4th Street, Suite 101, Brooklyn, NY 11231.
